Q: How do the sizes work for the baby clothes?
The sizes are to represent the age of the child. "3-6 mos." refers to a
baby of average size, between the ages of 3 and 6 months of age. "2T"
refers to a toddler that is 2 years of age. The sizes tend to run a bit on
the larger side to accommodate the rapid growth of children, so I
recommend buying the clothes on the larger end, just to let the kids grow
into them.

Q: Are they comfortable clothes?
Yes. In fact, I buy 100% cotton, high quality, Made in the U.S.A. goods
for all the baby clothes, not only to ensure comfort, but to impress upon
the public that my clothes are NOT made in sweatshops. American Apparel is
the company of which I have researched to find to be the highest quality
in manufacture as well as having the most comfortable goods in the market
today.

Q: Can I request faster shipping?
Yes you can. Please email our mailorder house at
metalbabies@11345.com and please put in the
subject frame, SHIPPING REQUEST. They will do their best to accommodate
you to the best of their abilities. Otherwise, we have instituted
Priority shipping for all domestic shipments, to get your package to you
as quick as possible, at a reasonable price.

Q: I received my order and it was not the right size/wrong design.
Send it right back, and we will send you the correct order and refund
your 2nd shipping costs.

Q: When I received my order, I realized that I had ordered the wrong size.
No problem. Please send the unworn garment(s) back with a note
indicating the preferred size, and we will replace it with the size
desired.

Q: Are you going to make larger sizes for older kids?
Researching that right now. I am trying to grow the business slowly, so
I can better serve the public, but I am getting to the point where I can
offer larger sizes very soon. I will probably go up to size 10 years old,
eventually.

Q: I received my order and you shipped the wrong size/wrong design, or
defective item.
Please e-mail us metalbabies@11345.com, and let us know we shipped the
wrong item/size (please let us know the oringinal order number or sales
receipt number if you know them). We will immediately ship you the correct
item and include a pre-paid and addressed envelope for you to return the
wrong item.
